... and this would be why I write instead of draw. :)

This is a fanart of one of my stories, Another Brother (which is found also in my gallery.) In it, Zuko is found and adopted by Hakoda and lives with the SWT. He has a neck scar, because this AU Zuko also had his throat cut

I stole--er--traced-- ahem -- borrowed their poses from screencaps. The background is also a screencap which I found on Iroh.org and AvatarSpirit.

In this scene, Sokka is introducing himself this crazy tattooed kid they found in an ice-berg. I imagine it goes something like this:

"I'm Sokka, the one with the good ideas around here. The one with the doe eyes is my sister, Katara. And that's Zuko; he's our other brother, you know, from another mother."

Hehe. That's the mystery, isn't it? In the AU, Hakoda finds him with both a burned face and his neck slashed around age 10. The reasoning will be revealed later (I swear there's a reason for it).

You know, it's only now that I look at your picture, that it occurs to me that Zuko needs a bone necklace/choker like Sokka's, if only to cover up that scar on his throat. :D
